Purple Meadow is a web design and development studio based in Florida, United States. The website presents our services, artwork and public studies. These terms describe use of the website; paid project work is governed by a separate agreement.

Reading the studies

Study results describe saved responses to particular examples under the conditions explained in each study. They are provided for exploration and information. They do not establish what a model can do in every situation or guarantee future performance.

Visualizations simplify the underlying measurements. Consult the study’s explanation and downloadable data when interpreting or citing results. Model names identify the services studied and do not imply endorsement or affiliation with their providers.

Sharing and reuse

You are welcome to link to the website and share links to the studies. Downloadable results are provided for inspection and analysis. When citing a study, credit Purple Meadow and link to the study page so others can check the methods and context.

Unless a specific file or repository states a separate license, no general license is granted to republish or commercially reuse the website’s code, artwork or other content. Contact euan@purple-meadow.com for permission where it is required. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.

Third-party names, material and model outputs may carry their own rights or terms. Purple Meadow does not claim ownership of third-party rights or grant permissions it does not hold. Any explicit license accompanying an asset or dataset takes precedence for that material.

Reasonable use

Please do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it unlawfully. Do not present modified study results as the original or imply that Purple Meadow endorses your work.

Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the information useful and accurate, but the website and studies are provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted access, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from reliance on this informational content. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

External links are provided for context. We do not control the content or practices of those sites.

Projects and contact

Opening an email draft or making an inquiry does not book work or create a client agreement. Scope, fees, revisions, ownership and support are agreed separately before project work begins.
