Who we are

Purple Meadow is a web design and development studio based in Florida, United States. This notice covers purple-meadow.com, including its public studies. For privacy questions, contact euan@purple-meadow.com.

Project inquiries

The project form prepares an email draft in your own email app. Typing into the form does not submit your name or project details to us. The copy button writes the brief to your clipboard only when you choose it.

If you send an email, we receive your email address, your message, and any name, project details or attachments you include. We use these to reply, discuss your project, and manage any resulting work. Email is handled through our email service provider. Please avoid sending sensitive information in an initial inquiry.

Hosting and request information

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. When you visit, it processes technical information such as your IP address and request or traffic information to deliver pages, maintain the service, and protect against abuse. Hosting services may make traffic or security information available to us.

Preferences and interactive studies

Choosing Light or Dark saves that appearance preference in your browser’s local storage. It stays there until you choose Auto or clear the site’s stored data. This preference is not sent to us.

The study viewers display previously saved experiment results. Choosing a model, example or display mode does not send a prompt to an AI provider. Some viewer choices appear in the page URL so you can share the view; a shared link includes those choices.

We do not use inquiry information for targeted advertising or sell it. The website’s own code does not include advertising trackers. Hosting providers may use storage or request information for service and security purposes.

Sharing and retention

Information may be handled by hosting and email providers as needed to operate the site and communicate with you. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect legal rights.

We retain correspondence and project records for the time needed to handle inquiries, deliver and support work, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and any resulting client relationship. Hosting providers manage their own service records under their applicable policies and agreements.

Your choices

You can browse without sending an inquiry, clear stored appearance preferences, and decide what to include in an email. Contact euan@purple-meadow.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law. Applicable rights and response requirements depend on your location.

Our site code does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
